CALENDAR
We look forward to working with you. It's going to be a great semester! You will be scheduled for 11-13 weeks (depending on a personally-designed schedule) of one-on-one cognitive therapy. Specific week days and times will be individually confirmed.
Please let us know ahead of time of any dates you plan to be gone. We will do our best to accommodate. Any sessions missed due to student illness or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable and are not deducted from the semester’s tuition. However, we are happy to offer up to 2 make-up sessions per semester. Any sessions canceled due to illness on our end will also be made up.
Please note: It is advantageous for your progress and scheduling purposes to plan on doing virtual sessions via Zoom for sessions you cannot make in person. If this is a possibility for you, please let us know so we can send you a Zoom invite link.
FALL 2026: We will begin the week of August 31 and go through December 4. Makeup classes will be scheduled December 7-10.
LABOR DAY & THANKSGIVING WEEK CLOSURES: We will be closed September 7 for Labor Day and November 24-27 for Thanksgiving

PAYMENTS
Payment Options:
One-time total payment
3 monthly payments: All payments must be submitted before the last two weeks of cognitive therapy.
Your semester total is determined by how many days a week we are scheduled to meet together.
Cost of each session is $66.00. Total cost for the semester can be determined by multiplying the number of times per week we are meeting by the number of weeks x 66.
Example: 13 weeks x 2 sessions/week x $66 = $1716.00
